Is there a performance difference between a Windows with Genuine and pirated Version?

As you might imagine, many users opt for a ‘Pirate’ version of Microsoft’s Operating System, the popular Windows 10.

Whether you have no budget space for a genuine Windows, or simply do not want to support the company, the truth is that it is very common to find PCs with these versions installed.

In short, 99% of the time, there is no difference between a genuine version of Windows 10 and a pirated version!

Incidentally, many times, there are modified versions of the operating system, which cut some features with little utility, to try to make the software more agile.

However, on the other hand, it is also possible to go against a Malware and/or Spyware-infected ‘Pirate’ version. In addition to making the system slower, they also endanger your privacy.

Personally, I’ve used both the Genuine and the Pirate version. And honestly, in my opinion, I’ve never noticed any kind of difference in day-to-day use.

But, needless to say, it will feel a big impact, updates from Microsoft. That most of the time, they are blocked in the systems ‘Pirateados’, to try to avoid that the software is ‘hunted’ by the company.

So, if you keep your operating system up to date, in addition to receiving all the new features, where we have to mention the XDR (Ray Tracing) API that was added very recently.

It will also undoubtedly have a more secure system because of all the security fixes that are made weekly.

On the other hand, if you do not upgrade, you also will not need to deal with all the ‘bugs’ that Microsoft has overlooked in its quality control!

Editor’s Note Having said all this, it is important to remember that we at Techkhiladi do not support piracy.
