After an announcement of Reliance Jio GigaFiber, the government telecom company BSNL has also announced to launch its Fiber to the Home Broadband service. This high-speed broadband service of BSNL can be started in 1,400 cities of the country. Testing of this service is going on in these cities.
BSNL Bharat Fiber Service
Users can visit the company’s online portal to book this service. Under this service, users will get the high-speed broadband speed of up to 100 Mbps from 256 Kbps. All users who take this service will be given CPE which is called Home Optical Network Termination (HONT). There are two normal telephoto ports, including 4X100 Mbps Ethernet ports. About this new service, CFA director Vivek Bansal has said that through this technique, we want to give users super fast service.
Jio GigaFiber Preview Offer
Initially, all subscribers of Jio Giga Fiber can be offered Jio GigaFiber Preview. After this, the preview offers up to 3 months. Under the offer, users will get 100Mbps download and upload speed. With this, 100GB of data will be available with monthly FUP. With this, Live Data will also provide additional data in form of data top-ups to consumers. If the user consumes more than 100GB data in a month, then with the help of data top-ups, it can avail of 100Mbps speed. The special thing is that these data-tops will be free. Each top-up will give 40GB of data to the user. It can not be said that one user will be able to top-up in a month. At the moment, the plans of Jio are being developed.
