One of the biggest advantages of having the Netflix application installed on your mobile phone is the ability to watch streaming service attractions from anywhere in the world. Setting the video quality
Downloading videos from Netflix to your cell phone means taking up space inside the device. If your device does not have a lot of memory, you may run out of space for photos and other applications quickly.
Therefore, the Netflix application allows you to choose the quality of the file to be downloaded. So, if your device is nearly full, you can download it at a lower quality to get more episodes.
When entering the Netflix app, go to the Application Settings and look for the Quality of downloaded videos option. In it, you can select between Standard and High.
An episode of about 50 minutes of a series takes up about 800 MB in high quality (720p) but only about 200 in the standard download (320p).
Save the files to the memory card
Android phone users with a micro SD card slot can use removable storage to store episodes of Netflix series.
Just below the Quality of downloaded videos option, you will find an area called Downloads Location. In it, it is possible to select between Internal Storage and SD Card – the app still displays how much space it has free in each of the media.
Choose what you want to download
Search for the content you want to download. If you want to download episodes from a series, go to their page within the app.
Next, to the description of the episodes, you will find two buttons: the one on the right is to start the transmission of the episode, the one on the left to download – touch it.
It is worth noting that not all productions are available for download – if you do not find the icon, it is because you can not download.
Wait for the download to end
After touching the icon to download, just wait for the download to finish. If you click the blue strip that appears at the bottom of the screen, you will be directed to the download manager.In this area, you can watch the progress of the download in progress and everyone in the queue.
